Talya and I are very happy to announce the arrival of our second child, a baby girl born this morning at 10:15am at Hadassah Ein Kerem. She weighed in at 3.2 kilos and kept her mom busy the past 48 hours!
The name, many thoughts (probably) and more pictures to follow ... stay tuned.

I was researching a Jack Piha and came upon your blog. Are you related to Jack Piha who lived in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A. and died there in approx. 1969? He was probably born between 1880 and 1890 in Rhodes. He spoke English and Spanish, but Spanish was his first language.
Hi Rebecca,
From what I've been told, there were a big Piha family (10 boys) in Thessaloniki that moved to Southern Turkey/Rhodes/Egypt. The likelihood of us being related are high, but it's a few generations up (i.e. distant cousins).
Sorry I cannot be of more help!
